Jason Roberts is the Founding Partner of ThinkDev, a consultancy that advises public and private sector organizations on leadership, strategy, and building healthy team cultures. A convert to the Catholic faith after being raised agnostic, Jason brings a deep personal interest in the wisdom of the ancient tradition to both his personal and professional life.
With a background in psychology from the University of California, Davis, Jason approaches culture and leadership with a focus on the perennial elements of human nature. He believes that reconnecting with the foundations of Western civilization, rooted in classical thought, is essential for society today.
Professionally, Jason utilizes a practical leadership and collaboration model he developed to improve effectiveness immediately, often within a single session, by focusing on the few high-leverage behaviors that matter most. His clients include directors and deputy directors in government, as well as CEOs of private firms seeking to build more strategic and engaged teams.
Jason lives with his wife and two children in the greater Sacramento area of California.
